Complaints are addressed at a local level through the specific school or its relevant regulatory body. IAIBCST is not involved in regulating practitioners or dealing with complaints involving practitioners, clients, students, or schools. 

School principals, along with their staff and faculty, are committed to assisting students and practitioners in resolving complaints of any nature.
